You really only need one car in Sun City Center. Residents use golf carts to travel throughout the community on public streets during daylight hours. There are reserved parking spaces just for golf carts.
Sun City Center consists primarily of single family homes. However, duplexes, townhomes and apartments are also available. The community has its own hospital and several nursing home facilities. Sun City Center features golf courses, nearly 20 different hobby shops and community swimming pools.
